We have several perfect outdoor & indoor locations for your Ceremony or Reception Wedding. Let us make this day unforgettable one.
On the Beach over the sand - Is the most popular location for all our in love couples. The Wedding set up is on the sand closer to the sea against sparkling turquoise waters and white talcum sand.
Caribbean Terrace: 6 small terraces facing of the ocean, all the set up in on the grass looking the ocean. Is a perfect location for holding your whole event (Ceremony, Reception and Dinner). It will fit for 50 people each terrace.
Pool Garden: This Beautiful Garden is located beside our pool area. A magnificent crystal looking the main lobby would be perfect for special Photo shoot. Surrounded by waterfalls and palm trees. This location is unique.
Caribbean Fountains: 6 Mexican Caribbean Fountains to hold your events. Several plants around the fountains give a nice touch to this area. It is considered one of the most private area between them. We have 3 terraces in each side of the hotel where can set up until 50 persons per terrace.

Wedding documents needed by CasaMagna Marriott Cancun Resort hotel:

Clear photocopies of Birth Certificates and tourist cards
Original forms denoting proof of blood test. Required blood tests can be performed in Mexico prior to the ceremony, which eliminates the need to have the documents Apostilled and translated, at a fee of $ 40 USD per person.
Passports or driver's licenses
If applicable, final divorce decrees or death certificate of prior spouse
Names, addresses, ages, nationalities, occupation, relationship, tourist cards and identification of four (4) witnesses. These can be friends traveling with you, or alternatively any of the employees can act as witness for them.
Mexico wedding ceremonies are required to be performed in Spanish, the official language of Mexico. Couples are welcomed to have a translator present to translate the ceremony in other languages.
It is important to note that all official documents including birth certificates and proof of blood test (if done outside of Mexico) need to translated and Apostilled. An Apostil is a sealed document provided by each state registrar (in the U.S.) confirming the authenticity of a legal document. Birth certificates and proof of blood test documents must be apostilled by the state registrar of the state in which these documents were issued.
All documents must be translated by an authorized translator of the Superior Tribunal of Justice of the State of Quintana Roo in Cancun. The official translator requires 48 hours to translate all documents. All documents must be received by the Judges office at least 3 days prior to the wedding date. Therefore, it is important to note that individuals intending to be married in Cancun must be present in Cancun at least 5 weekdays (working days) prior to the date of their wedding ceremony. Fees are required for all services and are subject to change. Currently there is a $ 70 USD translation charge for each pair of Apostils (i.e. one charge for the couple's birth certificates; one charge for the couple's blood tests, etc).
