General Information
Time limit: The time limit for outdoor dinner receptions is 11 pm.
Extensions inside the Ballroom are possible, extra rental fee and staffing fee applies. Please consult for options if needed.


Extra Rental Fee from Omni Hotel:
   • Rent of sound system for small dinner events: (up to 3 hours) For ceremony, cocktail, reception.
   • Rent of red carpet with seashells:
   • Rent of white flags for ceremony and cocktail decoration:
   • Rent of cocktail or dinner centerpieces such as large glass bowls filled with sand sea star and candle:
   • Rent of large under the sea Fishes: Small set & Full set
   • Piña Colada Restaurant white draping and lightening deco

   • Tiki torch rentals.

Documents
   • The couple needs to be in Mexico with a minimum of 4 open weekdays before the wedding date itself.
   • Blood test and medical certificate need to be performed in Cancun, Mexico.
   • For this kind of ceremony we will need 4 witnesses.

Photo & Video
PHOTO SERVICE:
   • All the pictures will be handle to you in a Cd in high resolution for editing and printing in JPJ format, all ready for easy and fast emailing to friends and family members .
   • Package 1: ceremony and photo session on the hotel places
   • Package 2: all day service starting in your room ending at end of reception

VIDEO SERVICE:
   • Package 1: Edited DVD video with music, special effects, text editing echo the ceremony and photo session
   • Package 2: edited DVD video of the ceremony and best moments of the reception

   • Aditional Trash the dress photo session or honeymoon couple or family photo session
   • Unlimited professional digital shooting on the beach, garden and hotel sites.
   • Any special requests will be totally customized, feel free to ask

Food & Beverage
Dinner Menus:
   • Depending under what plan you and your guests will be staying (all inclusive or European plans the cost will vary per person per service.
   • For Outside guests not staying at the Omni Cancun Hotel there is no day pass to be paid, the cost will be the same as for a Non all inclusive Omni Guest.
   • Children are welcome and special kids menus are available.
   • We have several Menus Options, so you can choose one of your preference, please contact to us.

Drinks:
   • For wedding events we suggest you to prepay a minimum of 3 hours open bar under a special price.
   • Champagne for toast is one of the things can missed on your ceremony after the declaration of marriage.
   • A signature cocktail can be customized per drink plus applicable taxes.

Policies

The Hotel requires Non Refundable Deposit to book the Wedding date. The deposit will be applied throughwards the site fee and food and beverages expenses. Second deposit will be require.
A Hotel contract will be send to the couple as well as a second contract with the wedding planner services and outside vendors price list.

The final guests count need to be send no later than 3 weeks before the wedding date and no changes can be made 15 days prior the wedding date. The Final payment of the Whole Wedding is Due No later then at the Premeeting day with Jesus Gomez, upon arrival in Mexico.
