Important wedding information from Presidente InterContinental Cancun hotel:

Wedding ceremony area is reserved only for time indicated. Additional set up & tear down
time, if needed, must be specified on the program. Should you anticipate any program revisions, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may reserve the appropriated space. Any new function space requirements subsequent to the program outlined within, shall be subject to space availability at the time requested. Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort reserves the right to re-assign function space.
A final attendance guarantee for all food and beverage functions must be made and received
by the hotel 72 hours prior to the function. This guaranteed attendance number is not subject to reduction after the 48 hours deadline and is the minimum number of persons for which you will be charged. The hotel will be prepared to serve not more than 5% over the final guaranteed attendance specified.
To best accommodate all set up and menu requests, all specifications should be confirmed no later than 15 days prior to the function, directly with the hotel's catering department.
Note: For private setting in outdoor locations please consider an extra charge of $5.00 USD per person, per event.

Presidente InterContinental Cancun hotel payment policy:

A 50% deposit for a wedding date confirmation
Full payment upon arrival
In case of a cancellation, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount of the event.
15 Days prior the wedding ceremony the hotel will not accept any reductions and will charge 75% of the total amount of the event.
In case of a cancellation 72 hours prior the event, the hotel will not accept any refund of the deposit.
