In order to get married by an official of the
Mexican Government, there are several requirements:

BRIDE AND GROOM:

Copy of Birth Certificate (must have the
Apostille Convention Certification, this is a letter and seal given by the state
you were born in)

Blood Test & Certificate issued by Hotel
Physician. (Done one week prior)

Copy of Passport

Copy of Driver's License

Copy of the Final Divorce Decrees (In case is
required)

Copy of the Tourist Card (Given at the
Airplane)

Four Witnesses

WITNESSES:

Copy of the Tourist Card (if not Mexican)

Copy of Passport or Driver's License

All the papers need to be at the Judge's Office
at least three business days before the wedding date.

policy:

To secure a date, signed contract
and deposit are required. Deposits are $ 5,000 USD and are non-refundable. A full
estimated prepayment of the event is due 15 working days prior to the wedding
via certified check or credit card.
