General Information
A wedding at The Ritz-Carlton sets a new standard in romantic elegance. From bridal showers at afternoon tea to martini nights for bachelor parties, we offer the most comprehensive services creating uniquely perfect wedding experiences.

Weddings at The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun combine the romance of the Mexican Caribbean with the timeless elegance of The Ritz-Carlton. Whether selecting the resort's Fountain Courtyard, an elegant ballroom or a magical oceanfront location, allow us to make this important occasion perfect from beginning to end.

Documents
   • Copy of birth certificate (must have the Apostille Convention Certification, which is a letter and seal given by your state of birth)
   • Blood test and certificate issued by the hotel physician (done one week prior
   • Copy of passport (mandatory)
   • Copy of driver's license
   • Copy of any final divorce decrees (where relevant)
   • Copy of the Tourist Card (given on the Airplane)
   • Four witnesses

Witnesses must provide the following documentation:
   • Copy of the Tourist Card (if not Mexican)
   • Copy of passport or driver's license
   • All the papers need to be at the Judge's Office at least three business days before the wedding date.

Policies

• To secure a date, signed contract and deposit are required. Deposits are $ 5,000 USD and are non-refundable. A full estimated prepayment of the event is due 15 working days prior to the wedding via certified check or credit card.
