Bride & Groom documentation:
Valid Passport
Blood Test: Taken here in Cozumel with a certified laboratory. BLOOD TESTS: USD 50.00 plus tax per person
Tourism card number (FMT received upon entrance into the Country)
If legally divorced, we need the certificate with apostille and translated into Spanish by the certified translator of Cozumel at a charge.
Witnesses documentation:
4 witnesses (two witnesses each) Witnesses must be over the age of 18 and present the following documents:
Tourism card number (FMT received upon entrance into the Country)
Copy of valid passport

Bride & Groom and witnesses need to be in Cozumel 3 business days before the wedding date

In case that you don't have witness we can provide them at a cost of US$25.00 each.

According to the Mexican Law, Judges are not allowed to conduct weddings on Sundays or Mexican Holidays.

Another option is having a religious wedding with a Minister, that will be more than happy to meet you and talk to you about how you would like to have your ceremony. This type of ceremony is not recognized by the law; Nevertheless, it is celebrated in English, and allows flexibility regarding the procedure.

We offer two different type of event: the simple one, and a special event, with extra decoration. With an extra charge of $8 per person, you will have the upgraded set up, which includes:

Organdy tablecloths, which give to the event a touch of elegance
