This package includes:

General Information
How far in advance do we need to book?
Most Hawaiian weddings book six months in advance of the ceremony. The sooner we are contacted, the better we can accommodate your request. As soon as you know the date and time, the more chance you will have to secure the date and time you want for your Maui wedding ceremony. Because wedding ceremonies can be booked seven days a week, we encourage you to book as soon as possible. However, should you decide last minute, please feel free to call us about availability.

Do we need to make our room reservations? Due to the popularity of the Resort, couples are advised to make room reservations before confirming the date of their wedding.

Documents
The marriage license must be obtained from the state in which you get married; therefore the marriage license must be applied for in Hawaii. There is a marriage license agent approximately 15 minutes from the resort on Maui. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am - 11:00 am. The fee for a marriage license is $ 65, cash only.

Following are the requirements:

• The couple must appear together
• Both people must present a current photo I.D., such as a driver’s license or passport.

Appointments should be made for the day after you arrive on the island. Your Wedding Planner will gladly schedule your appointment.

Hawaiian Processional $ 500.00 and up
Say "Aloha Ea Oi" (I Love You) in the true spirit of Aloha with a traditional Hawaiian wedding processional. The bride and groom will be announced by a Conch Shell Blower as the Torch Maiden leads the wedding procession. During the Maui ceremony, a hula dancer performs to the "Hawaiian Wedding Song." At the end of the ceremony, dancers salute the announcement of Marriage of the Newlyweds by performing the Tahitian Otea, the festival drum dance of Tahiti in celebration of the bride and groom’s first appearance as husband and wife.

Dove Release $ 130.00 and up
Love, purity, and peace are symbolic of a dove release and will add that special touch of Aloha to your Maui wedding celebration. The birds are released from a beautiful white wicker basket. You may choose from two to forty birds at a time.

Butterfly Release $ 65.00 and up
Spectacular and enchanting, live butterflies will add magic to your wedding on Maui. Butterflies symbolize joy! Butterflies are in decorative boxes for a mass release. A release of two or three dozen butterflies is spectacular.

Policies

In order to confirm a date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price, along with your signed confirmation letter, is required at the time of booking your Hawaiian wedding. The complete remaining balance is due 60 days before the wedding. All major credit cards are accepted for payment as well as personal checks.
