General Information
Wedding packages cannot be exchanged or substituted
Price for clients staying at the Resort
Guests not staying at the Resort should pay an extra charge of $70 USD per person
For each extra person there will be a charge of $25 USD per person
Prices are subject to change without notice

Documents
   • Copy of Birth certificate. Certified copies legalized by Mexican Consulate in your country or directly here with the justice of peace.
   • Certified Copy of Valid Passports (Groom and Bride) (ESSENTIAL). Passports and birth certificate must have the same information.
   • Tourist Visa Cards (Groom, Bride and Witnesses. They will be given at the airport). Tourist visa must be filled according to the official document you will present.
   • Blood Test (Name, Blood Type, Syphilis and HIV). The Blood Test must be done in Mexico from a specific Governmental Laboratory. An appointment will be set with them to come to the Resort Hotel and take the blood sample. The payment is directly and in Cash.
   • Four witnesses are required by law. If any witness is not Mexican citizen; a copy their Tourist Visa Cards is needed. The hotel can provide any number of witness necessary, please advise.
   • Reservation with the justice of peace should be made 30 days prior to the ceremony.
   • Divorce decree if applicable. If the Bride is divorced and her passport has her ex husband last name, she needs to bring a separate and Original Birth Certificate certified through an APOSTILLE SEAL by the Secretary of State and translated into Spanish as well as the Apostille and her Tourist Visa Card MUST be filled according to the Birth Certificate
   • The certified copies of the Original Birth Certificate and Original Divorce Certificates will stay with the Justice of the Peace. THEY WON’T BE RETURNED
Notes: Passports and birth certificate must have the same information. Tourist visa must be filled according to the official document you will present. HIV positive, it is a cause of impediment to get married. The marriage is legal in Mexico
