Information

General Information
   • Wedding packages cannot be exchanged or substituted
   • Price for clients staying at the Resort*
   • Guests not staying at the resort and attending the wedding must pay a day pass
   • Prices are subject to change without notice

Documents
Legal Civil marriages in Mexico
   • Valid passports (foreigners) or official identification with photograph (Mexicans)
without these documents, it is not possible to get married in Mexico
   • Birth certificates (only applicable in certains hotels, please consult our wedding specialists)
   • Divorce decree (if applicable, please consult our wedding specialist)
   • Tourist Visa (you will receive these on your entry to Mexico)
   • Blood test HIV, RPR and RH (must be done at the hotel by an authorized laboratory)
   • Medical Certificates (must be at the hotel by an authorized doctor)
   • 4 witnesses with valid passport or official identification with photograph and tourist
visa (foreigners). If required , witnesses can be provided by the hotel with no extra charge

NOTE: The couple must arrive at the resort at least 4 working days before the wedding
The Judge's office is open Monday to Friday . There are no weddings on Sunday
Dates and times are subject to availability.

Religious weddings
   • Visit the Parish priest in the couple country
   • The couple most do the pre-marriage courses and all the paperwork required in their country
   • The couple must present a certificate (Nihil Obstat) from their Curia, where the Parish Priest give his approval to the priest in Mexico in order to celebrate the marriage in our Parish and Diocese in Mexico
   • This original certificate must be sent in advance to the priest who will officiate the marriage in Mexico and also a copy must be sent to our wedding coordinators

NOTE:
The couple must arrive at the resort at least 2 working days before the wedding
There are no weddings on Sunday
Dates and times are subject to availability of the chosen church
These requirements are subject to change at anytime. Please contact one of our wedding Coordinators in advance

Symbolic weddings or Renewal Vows
   • No documentation is required, the couple just need to have a conversation with the minister a few minutes before the wedding and give our wedding coordinators their personal details

Policies

   • A 50% deposit when you get a confirmation date from the Hotel
   • Full payment upon arrival
