Information

General Information
   • In order to serve you better, The bride and groom and a minimum of 75% of the total event attendees must be hotel guests (a deposit must be made to block the number of rooms needed)
   • Venue setup fees will be charged for each wedding related event including ceremony and reception dinner. Additional charges may apply for the rental or purchase of specific decorations and equipment requested by the event organizers.
   • All food & beverage including the wedding cake must be purchased through the hotel banquet services. No outside food or beverage may be served at the hotel.
   • The hotel reserves the right to confirm each wedding reception request on an individual basis due to space limitations
   • Weddings, Dinners, and receptions must be held at respectable noise levels, with consideration towards the other hotel guests. Music must be shut down by 12:00am

Documents
   • Valid passports (mandatory for weddings)
   • Birth Certificate (Certified Copy).
   • Prenuptial Medical Certificate by Local Health Department And lab Test (blood test must be done locally with a Minimum of 72 hours prior to the ceremony
   • Tourist card (it will be given to you at your entry in Mexico)
   • 4 witnesses with copies of their tourist cards and id's
   • A minimum time period of one full year must have elapsed from the date of either a death of a spouse or a divorce to be married in Mexico
   • A certified copy of the final divorce decree must be supplied, with reason for divorce indicated
   • A certified copy of the death certificate must be supplied (if applicable)
