Important wedding information from Las Ventanas al Paraiso Hotel hotel:

Wedding Ceremonies are held at The Beach with the ocean as a background and listening to the cascading waves, or at The Plaza, a magnificent venue that features inspiring panoramas of the Sea of Cortez.
The Wedding Reception is usually held in the Private Dinning Room that opens completely to a beautiful inlaid-pebble terrace.
Other reception venues available are The Plaza or The Beach.
Las Ventanas al Paraiso specializes in small, upscale and intimate weddings for a maximum of 60 guests.
For Weddings between 41 and 60 guests, a minimum of 24 room night is required. A Food & Beverage minimum of $ 12,000 USD is required for a private event.
For weddings between 26 and 40 guests, a minimum booking of 20 room nights is required. A Food and Beverage minimum of $ 10,000 USD is required for a private event.
For weddings between 13 and 25 guests, a minimum booking of 15 room nights is required. A Food & Beverage minimum of $ 7,000 USD is required for a private event.
For weddings between 8 and 12 guests, a minimum booking of 10 room nights is required. A Food & Beverage minimum of $ 5,000 USD is required for a private event.
For two-person weddings a minimum room nights or Food & Beverages
minimum is not required.

Justice of the Peace: $800.00 USD (Spanish Speaking)
Non-Denominational Minister: $400.00 USD (English Speaking/ Translator)
Musicians: $385.00 to $1,000.00 USD (Soloist, Trios, Quartets, DJs & (Average Hourly Fee. 4- Piece Bands) Subject to 10% Local Tax). All live musical entertainment must be completed by 10:00 p.m. Musical groups cannot exceed 4 (four) players.
Photographers: $400.00 USD Per Hour (Two Hour Minimum. Subject to 10% Local Tax)
Beverages: (Billing upon consumption is (Premium Brands only, as per resort’s policy) also available)
Hors D'Oeuvre: $25. 00 USD Per Person (A Selection of 5 Different Hors D´Oeuvre)
Dinner Menus: $150.00 - $180.00 USD Per Person
The Private Dinning Room’s Set-Up Fee: $350.00-$500.00 USD
The Plaza’s Set-Up Fee: $350.00 -$500.00 USD
The Beach Set-Up Fee For Weddings for two $250.00 USD

Above prices are subject to 10% Tax and 18% Service Charge.

Wedding documents needed by Las Ventanas al Paraiso Hotel hotel:

Copies of Birth Certificates
Blood Tests need to take place in Mexico, Two Business Days Prior to the Wedding in Accordance with Mexican Law
Copies of Passports
Copies of Mexican Visas or Tourist Car Received Upon Arrival to Mexico
Copies of Divorce Decrees, if Applicable
Four Witnesses. (For Weddings for Two, Las Ventanas al Paraíso would be pleased
to provide witnesses)

Note: The above documents are indispensable for a legal wedding ceremony to take place in Mexico. The wedding is valid and recognized in all countries included in The Hague Agreement. Please note that the Mexican Justice of the Peace requires the afore mentioned documents eight business days prior to the ceremony in order to do the paperwork.
