Information

General Information
   • Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to guarantee preferred wedding date
   • The Mexican judge office is only open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am through 3:00pm
   • Wedding times: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Documents
   • Valid passports copies
   • Copies of Mexican Visas or tourist card (It will be given to you at your entry in Mexico)
   • Copies of birth certificates
   • Blood test need to take place in Mexico, days prior to the wedding in accordance with Mexican law.
   • Copies of divorce decrees , if is applicable
   • Four witnesses ( we will provide them if you come alone) with their Mexican tourist card, passports of theirs, and ID copies.

Wedding Options

Food & Beverage
   • Appetizers from $12 USD to $30 USD per person, plus 10% tax and 15% service.
   • Banquet menu from $30 USD to $100 USD per person, plus 10% tax and 15% service.
   • Option 1: Open national Bar, Open International bar, Open bar tropical drinks
   • Option 2: Corkage fee per bottle

Music
   • Salsa group: $ 600 USD (1 hour)
   • Jazz sax $ 350 USD (1 hour)
   • Jazz trio (flute, bass & guitar) $ 450 USD (1 hour)
   • DJ, 4 hour set $ 800 USD
   • Mariachi $ 650 USD (1 hour)
   • Classical Guitar $ 360 USD (1 hour)
   • Accordion and Key board $ 450 USD (hour)
   • Sound, music and D.J $800 (Price for 4 hours of service, plus 10% tax and 15% service)

Policies

   • A 50% deposit is required 1 month before the wedding date, once you gotten the hotel confirmation.
   • Final payment have to be done 5 days prior to ceremony, directly to the hotel.
   • If schedule with less 30 days notice, full payment is due at the time of confirmation
   • A cancellation penalty of $200 USD will apply to all wedding package if cancelled within 30 days of wedding date.
   • Prices and packages are subject to changes without previous notice
