Documents
legal ceremony
This ceremony takes about 20 minutes and requires the following:
   • Birth certificate
   • Prenuptial medical certificate by local health department and lab test
   • Copy of legal entry into Mexico (tourist card and/or passport)
   • Marriage application form dually filled out

Note: Mexican judges perform the ceremony in Spanish.
Note: hotel doesnt arrange this ceremony. Its highly recommended to hire an external coordinator to arrange the paperwork, bring the judge to the hotel and translate the ceremony simultaneously. Please ask your wedding coordinator for recommendations.

Food & Beverage
Food
   • A set menu must be established
   • A established menu with two (2) main course options may be offered only with previous authorization from the executive chef and/or director of FandB.
   • If menu has two (2) main courses, client must guarantee the number of each one at least two weeks before the event.
   • Any change to the guarantee may be received up to 72 hours before the event.
   • Any decrease to the guarantee after this time (72 hours before) will be considered no show and will be charged to the final bill.
   • For wedding cake you can order it additional to your menu or it can replace your dessert with an extra charge. Price may vary depending on the decoration required.
   • A 10% tax and 18% service charge will apply to all food prices.

   • The wine must be selected one month before the event.
   • For the bar you have two options open bar package charge by hour or open bar on consumption.
   • In case you select bar on consumption you have the option to count the bottles at the beginning and at the end of the event to confirm by your self the consumption, otherwise no adjustments will be accepted after the event in regards to the final bill.
   • In case you select open bar package, any change to the guarantee may be received up to 72 hours before the event.
   • Any decrease to the guarantee after this time (72 hours before) will be considered no show and will be charged to the final bill.
   • A 10% tax and 18% service charge will apply to all beverages prices.

Whether you are looking for a classic ceremony or a fun reception, we have a wide range of musical options for your wedding that includes:

Note: All musicians charge per hour. As per musical union all musicians play 45 minutes and rest 15 minutes.
In consideration of all Hotel guests, music and entertainment in open areas should end no later than 10:00 PM.

fireworks
If you are looking for a "killer" end, the fireworks are the best option. Fireworks are launched from Plaza Vista mountain and from the beach covering all the venues you may choose for your wedding reception: Plaza Vista, Bugambilias Terrace, Beach Hotel, Pool Deck, Putting Green, Restaurant La Playa and Arrecifes Restaurant.
