General Information
Ocean Terrace: Celebrate your wedding in a wonderful terrace on the edge of a cliff over the Pacific Ocean. Aspire sea air, feel the sound of waves while watching the sunset side of your partner.

   • Contact our Guest Service department for the coordination of the ceremony.
   • We will coordinate with the couple, in order to choose the cake, flowers for the bouquet, etc
   • The ceremony will be held in one of the terraces overlooking the ocean. In case of bad weather, the ceremony will not be canceled, because we have an interior location for these cases.
   • Important: We need to know whether the economic system is desired separation of assets or property, to indicate on the certificate of marriage. Separation of property means that in case of divorce the property will be divided according to ownership of either spouse, and company property to be divided at 50%.

IMPORTANT
   • Requires a minimum stay of 3 days before the date of the wedding (Without Saturday and Sunday)
   • We need confirmation of the wedding package at least 30 days before the date of the ceremony, and confirmation is subject to availability.
   • The wedding took place on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays of Mexico have an extra charge of $ 100US. Civil weddings can not be held at Easter, or between Christmas and New Year.
   • Our packages are valid from 01 January 2009 until December 31, 2009, and are only valid for guests staying at Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa & The Royal Suites.
   • We offer free packages (up to 10 people) for groups of 15 rooms reserved on double occupancy and a minimum stay of 5 nights during the months of May, June, September and October.

   • tourist card (provided at the airport upon arrival in Mexico)
   • If you are divorced: original divorce certificate translated into Spanish (must be divorced for over a year). The translation can be done on arrival with an extra charge.
   • If you are widowed: the original death certificate translated into Spanish. Translation can be made on arrival at an extra charge.

WITNESSES FOR A CIVIL MARRIAGE
   • 4 Witnesses: Must be over 18 years and can not be parents
   • Each must carry the following documents:
   • Photo ID, valid
   • Tourist Card
   • If you do not have witnesses, the hotel can provide two

In case of cancellation by the couple, the hotel will retain the 30% deposit as a penalty. The Remaining 70% will be paid on arrival at the hotel in cash, travelers checks or credit card (MasterCard or Visa)
