This ceremony is perform by a Non-denominational Minister in English, it is not legal neither here nor in your country, it’s just a religious ceremony.

Religious ceremony is perform by a Non-denominational Minister in English, it is not legal neither here nor in your country, it’s just a religious ceremony. Important wedding information from Iberostar Paraiso Beach hotel:

Our wedding packages include tax & service charge
Due to the high amount of weddings that we have we kindly ask you to request the wedding date as soon as possible. We have a policy of having only one wedding per day, as we believe it should be your special day.
The wedding couple and their witnesses must be in Mexico for at least 4 business days (Mon thru Fri) before the wedding, not counting the arrival or the wedding day, to meet with the wedding coordinator and submit all documents.
The ceremony will not be performed unless all documents are in order (no exception)
Marriage License Apostil (for USA and British Citizens) – After the wedding you will be receive your Marriage License and an original copy. In order to make this valid in your country, we as well need to get the apostil for the Marriage License. We take care of this procedure, but it is $ 50 USD payable in cash before the wedding day. The procedure takes 1-3 months, as soon as we have it back you would receive it through courier mailing.
Marriage License Original Copies – every extra copy is $ 10 USD payable in cash, before the wedding day. This procedure takes around one month. As soon as we receive it we will be mailing it through courier mailing.

Wedding documents needed by Iberostar Paraiso Beach hotel:

Passports (YOU MUST HAVE PASSPORTS)
Birth Certificates translated into Spanish attached with an “Apostil”. “Apostil” is a form of certification that it’s required by the Mexican Authorities in order to make your papers legal here in Mexico.
If you are American, please contact the Secretary of State where you were born. You should send your birth certificates to the Secretary of State and Enclose a letter stating that you are getting married in Mexico and that you need an Apostil. They will then return you the documents.
If you are British, please contact the Legalization Department of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
If you are Canadian, please contact the nearest Mexican Embassy or Consulate in order to legalize your Birth Certificate and translation.
The Judge usually keeps the birth certificates, so we recommend you to bring certified copies rather than originals.
Divorce decree or certificate, if applicable (please advice when the Bride is divorced).
Tourist cards ( which every foreigner obtains on the flight down to Mexico ).
Witnesses: You will need four witnesses with their picture ID and a copy of their Tourist card for your wedding. They need to be here at the latest four working day’s prior to the wedding. If you do not bring any witnesses, the hotel will be happy to provide them without any extra charge.
Blood test (to determined blood type, HIV, RH Factor and Venereal deceases) – have to be made at the Hotel in Mexico, cost: $ 154 USD per couple (payable at the moment of the test directly to the doctor in cash).

Iberostar Paraiso Beach hotel payment policy:

We do not require a deposit and we do not make any charges prior the wedding day,
all the wedding charges will go onto the room account which you can settle during your stay.
The hotel accepts credit cards (Master card, Visa & American Express – In Mexico we do not take Discovery CC) , travelers checks and cash.
