Policies

Deposits required:
50% of the base price to reserve the date and the wedding venue.
Balance of base price must be paid 30 days prior to the wedding date.
50% of cover charge is required 45 days prior to the wedding date.
Projected balance of cover charge is required 15 days prior to the wedding date.
A major credit card from the responsible party is required at time of check-in.
Final balance will be determined the morning after the wedding.
