Documents
Please Confirm with Wedding Coordinator at Hotel as necessary requirements will vary:

1 Advance scheduling with Local Government required: usually one-month.
2 Proof of Citizenship (US Passport / Birth Certificate), Civil Status (Single, Married or Divorced), Name Change, Adoption, Current Tourist Arrival Card
3 Advance arrival to hotel & destination prior to ceremony: usually 3 to 4 days.
4 Blood / HIV / Venereal Disease Tests.
5 Fees vary by Justice, Minister or Priest.
6 Witness Fees vary and are paid at hotel separately.
7 Translation fees vary and apply to documentation.
8 Transportation fee for minister may be required.
9 Judge, Priest, Rabbi, Ministers’ availability may vary by season, day of week.

5 Inclusions, prices subject to change without notice.
6 Taxes vary, are included, and may change without notice.
7 For FREE GRAND Basic Packages: Royal Club minimum room count & room night requirement varies, at Occidental Grands ONLY.

Regarding Coordination, Reservations, Groups:
1 On-site Coordination of Weddings is coordinated directly with the Wedding Department.
2 Please contact Hotel Wedding Coordinator first to confirm wedding date & availability.
3 Based on hotel and wedding date availability.
4 Groups of 10+ Rooms, please contact group coordinator.

Additional Features, Supplemental Guests and Resort Passes:
1 Half & Full Day passes vary and are available for local wedding attendees who are not guests of the resort.
2 Additional, Customizable Wedding amenities available at additional fee ex: Mariachis, Horse Drawn Carriage, Bay Tours in Costa Rica, Photography, Underwater/SCUBA Weddings in Cozumel, DVD or Video.
